Opening Social

We will be having our opening Social on Thursday, November 12 at 7PM. Please come to this social if you are a member of the NJHS as you will hear a very good message from the speaker. You and your parents are invited come dressed appropriately (no tshirts, shorts, etc)

Opening Social

We have set a tentative date for our opening social for either Tuesday, October 27th or Thursday, October 29th. Let Mr. Anderson know which one will work better for you. Please bring your parents with you for this event. Tom Mertz will be the special speaker. He spoke to us last year about character and was amazing! Make sure that you try your best to attend as this will be an inspirational night. Please remember for this event sunday best is a must.

Service Project Cancelled

Unfortunately we will have to cancel our service project for the marathon this year, it just did not work out! Don't worry we will do other projects during the year and just because the project was canceled doesn't mean you can't go and watch and cheer on the runners! Our induction ceremony will be held in the middle of the month and we will release further details as that time approaches.

MEETING OCTOBER 1ST

Meet in Mr. Anderson's room @ 8:10 for a last minute update on where and when to meet for the St. George Marathon, if you can't be there talk to Mr. Anderson during the day to find out your assignment!

St. George Marathon

Every year we have volunteered to help at the St. George Marathon. Traditionally we have helped give runners possessions back to them. The Marathon is on Saturday, October 3rd and we will meet at Vernon Worthen Park. Please save this date to help out and check later for further updates.
